不同来源的TDAE对高结苯充油丁苯橡胶性能的影响

摘　　要：采用国产TDAE与进口TDAE填充高结苯充油丁苯橡胶,研究了两种TDAE对生胶、混炼胶和胎面胶的物理性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:两种高结苯充油丁苯橡胶的生胶自粘性、软化指数和热稳定性基本一致;应用于轮胎胎面胶时,填充国产TDAE的胎面胶的安全性、耐磨耐老化性和抗湿滑性均优于填充进口TDAE的胎面胶,且抗屈挠龟裂性、耐切割性能和填料的分散性基本相当,滚动阻力略大;国产TDAE可以替代进口TDAE应用于高结苯充油丁苯橡胶。Adopting domestic and imported TDAE to fill SBR with high styrene content,the effect of domestic TDAE and imported TDAE on the physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the raw rubber,compound rubber and tread rubber was respectively studied.The results showed that the self viscosity,softening index and thermal stability of the two kinds of oil extended SBR with high styrene content were basically the same.When applied to tire tread compound,the safety,wear resistance,aging resistance and wet skid resistance of domestic TDAE filled tread compound were better than those of the imported TDAE filled tread compound,the resistance to bending and cracking,the resistance to cutting and the dispersion of fillers were almost same of the imported TDAE filled tread compound,and rolling resistance of the domestic TDAE filled tread compound was slightly larger.The imported TDAE could be replaced by domestic TDAE in the application of oil extended SBR with high styrene content.
