摘　　要：为把丁苯橡胶乳化剂转化成适合仪器分析的状态,按照自行设计的步骤对其进行预处理:首先考察乳化剂固含量、酸化情况,通过红外光谱法剖析酸化处理前后乳化剂和残液,发现其酸化效果良好;脂肪酸提取方式采用简单环保的水洗法;最后采用衍生化法对酸化提取后脂肪酸进行酯化反应,反应转化率大于98.5%,效果理想。本研究也适合同类型助剂的预处理。In order to transform SBR emulsifier into a state suitable for instrumental analysis,the self-designed steps were used to its pretreatment.Firstly,the solid content and acidification of the emulsifier were investigated.Its acidification effect was good by analysis of the emulsifier and residual liquid by infrared spectroscopy before and after the acidification treatment.The extraction method of fatty acid was adopted the simple and environmentally friendly water washing method.The derivatization method was used to esterification of the fatty acid,esterification conversion rate was more than 98.5%and the effect was ideal.The study was also suitable for the pretreatment of the same type of additives.
