摘  要:通过腐蚀失重法研究一种复配缓蚀剂对碳钢在质量分数为10%柠檬酸中的缓蚀性能。研究结果表明:硫脲与乌洛托品组成的复配缓蚀剂可有效抑制碳钢在质量分数为10%柠檬酸中的腐蚀;当复配缓蚀剂总质量分数为2%时,硫脲与乌洛托品质量比为1∶1时缓蚀效果最好,其平均缓蚀率可达85.557%。该复配缓蚀剂在现场应用近1 a的结果表明:在常温下,pH值为3,循环酸洗时间为6h,以及与实验室相同条件下酸洗后液体中铁离子含量明显降低,可以明显减少柠檬酸对清洗设备及管线的腐蚀。Effect of a compound inhibitor on corrosion inhibition performance of the carbon steel in 10%citric acid solution was studied by corrosion weight loss method.The results showed that corrosion of the carbon steel could be effectively inhibited by the compound inhibitor composing of thiourea and Urotropine.When the total concentration of the compound inhibitor was 2%,mass ratio of thiourea and Urotropine was 1∶1,the corrosion inhibition effect was the best,the average corrosion inhibition rate was 85.557%.Almost one year′s field application results showed that under the following conditions,such as at room temperature,pH value was 3,cycle pickling time was 6 h,other condition parameters were the same as those of the laboratory,iron ion content in the citric acid liquid after the pickling was greatly declined,corrosion of citric acid on the equipment and pipeline was obviously reduced.
