摘　　要：制备了一种水性家居防护可剥离涂料,分别考察了流变助剂种类及用量、润湿分散剂用量和消泡剂对水性可剥离涂料贮存性能的影响。结果表明:流变助剂选用0.6%(质量分数,后同)聚氨酯类增稠剂即可满足该产品长期贮存稳定性的要求;添加0.4%润湿分散剂即可满足产品贮存稳定性及可剥性的要求;有机硅类消泡剂使用对产品的涂膜外观及黏度有较大的影响。In this paper,a kind of waterborne home protective peelable coatings was prepared.The effects of rheological agent type and dosage,wetting dispersant dosage and defoamer on the storage performance of waterborne peelable coatings were investigated.The results show:rheological agent can meet the long-term product storage stability requirement by using 0.6%polyurethane thickener;the storage stability and peelability requirements can be satisfied by adding 0.4%wetting dispersant;the use of organosilicon defoamer has great influence on the product’s film appearance and viscosity.
