摘　　要：主要研究了用蓖麻油改性多元醇型的水性聚氨酯乳液作为木器涂料底漆和面漆使用时的配方设计要求和应用比较,并对配方中的蓖麻油改性多元醇、异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)的使用进行了深化的配方优化,以此制得的水性聚氨酯木器底漆和面漆在保持其他性能优异的同时体现出了更好的打磨性、耐溶剂性、快干性等性能,进一步开拓了水性木器涂料的市场。This paper mainly studies the formula design requirements and application comparison of castor-oil-modified polyoltype waterborne polyurethane emulsion used as wood coatings primer and topcoat.The use of castor-oil-modified polyol,isocyanate,and DMPA in the formula has been further optimized.The waterborne polyurethane wood primer and topcoat thus obtained exhibit better rubbing,solvent resistance,and quick drying while maintaining other excellent properties,further expanding the waterborne wood coatings market.
