高职贫困生心理资本开发策略研究

摘　　要：为进一步推进高职贫困生心理资本开发工作,促进贫困生自我发展和完善,本文在介绍心理资本内涵的基础上,阐述了开发高职贫困生心理资本的意义,剖析了高职贫困生心理资本的影响因素,进而提出心理资本开发的建议,以期促进高职贫困生心理资本的提升。In order to further promote the development of psychological capital of poor students in higher vocational colleges and promote their self-development and improvement.This paper,based on the introduction of the connotation of psychological capital,expounds the significance of developing the psychological capital of poor students in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the influencing factors of psychological capital of poor students in higher vocational colleges,and then puts forward suggestions for the development of psychological capital,so as to promote the improvement of psychological capital of poor students in higher vocational colleges.
