摘　　要：环氧浇注绝缘件是气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备中的关键部件,环氧浇注设备在生产中会对环氧浇注绝缘件的质量产生影响。介绍了环氧浇注设备的组成,分析了混料处理方式、原料预处理、计量系统、真空处理系统、浇注系统、控制软件、日常管理等对环氧浇注绝缘件质量的影响。Epoxy casting insulation piece is a key component in the GIS.Epoxy casting equipment will affect the quality of epoxy casting insulation piece during production.The composition of epoxy casting equipment was introduced, and the impact of mixing processing mode, raw material pretreatment, metering system, vacuum processing system, casting system, control software, and daily management to the quality of epoxy casting insulation piece was analyzed.
