摘 要:从专利角度对石科院MIP系列技术中的工艺专利保护情况进行分析,分别围绕MIP工艺、MIP-CGP工艺、MIP-LTG工艺和MIP-DCR工艺的进料方式、催化剂控制、反应条件控制及反应器类型的专利布局情况进行具体讨论。其中,MIP工艺专利技术中针对同种或不同种烃油原料的一段或两段进料,通过结合催化剂活性控制及催化剂粒径级配等手段,对不同反应区采用不同反应控制条件,实现催化裂化产物分布及汽油族组成的优化。除与MIP工艺专利布局中相同的催化剂控制手段外,MIP-CGP工艺专利围绕进料引入C4和/或C5馏分进行布局;MIP-LTG工艺专利重点围绕汽油和/或柴油等反应产物的不同回炼方式进行布局;MIP-DCR工艺重点围绕反应器底部混合区的设置及相应再生、待生催化剂混合方式等进行布局。The patent protection of MIP series technology developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing is analyzed from the perspective of patent,and the patent portfolio of MIP process,MIPCGP process,MIP-LTG process and MIP-DCR process concerning feeding method,catalyst control,reaction condition control and reactor type are discussed respectively.For the one stage or two stages feeding of the same or different hydrocarbon oil feedstock in MIP process,different reaction control conditions are used in different reaction zones by combining catalyst activity control and catalyst particle size grading,so as to optimize the FCC product distribution and the hydrocarbon group composition of gasoline.In addition to the same catalyst control methods as those of MIP process,MIP-CGP process focuses on the introduction of C4 and/or C5 fractions into the feed.MIP-LTG process focuses on the different reprocessing methods for reaction prod-ucts such as gasoline and/or diesel.MIP-DCR process focuses on the design of mixing zone at the bottom of reactor and the corresponding mixing methods for regenerated catalyst and spent catalyst.
