摘　　要：地下隧道在城市基础建设中被广泛应用,采用明挖法施工的城市隧道往往需要大面积的基坑回填处理。软土地区的明挖隧道基坑回填需要解决开挖软土的运输和回填质量控制两大难题。论文依托杭州市某明挖隧道工程,利用改良的开挖软土进行基坑回填施工。该回填方案的主要流程包括:施工准备、灰土拌和、分层回填、拆除支撑、弃块吊运、碾压成型。其中,灰土拌和是利用基坑开挖出的土料进行改良施工。该方案针对软弱土层深厚的工程地质特点,有效地减少了开挖土方的外运,控制了回填土料的调配,节省了工程成本,避免了资源的浪费,降低了废弃物的排放,为类似工程的处理提供了新思路,具有一定实践参考价值。Underground tunnels are widely used in urban infrastructure construction.Urban tunnels constructed by open cut methods often require large-scale backfilling of foundation pits.In soft soil area,there are two difficult problems to be solved in the backfilling of open cut tunnel foundation pit:transportation of excavated soft soil and quality control ofbackfilling.Relying on an open-cut tunnel project in Hangzhou,the improved excavation soft soil is used to backfill the foundation pit.The main process of this backfilling plan includes:construction preparation,lime-soil mixing,layered backfilling,dismantling of supports,lifting of abandoned blocks,and rolling compaction.Among them,the lime soil mixing is to use the excavated soil to carry out improvement construction.The program aims at the deep engineering geological characteristics of the weak soil layer,which effectively reduces the excavation of earthwork and controls the allocation of backfill materials,saves engineering costs,avoids waste of resources,and reduces waste emissions.It provides new ideas for the treatment of similar projects and has certain practical reference value.
