摘　　要：随着我国建筑行业的不断发展,建筑团队的规模也在不断扩大。人数的增多以及生产流程的增加带来了一系列管理问题,如改善项目管理方法、降低项目成本等,传统的管理方式已经难以应对,因此,引进当代项目管理理论成为当前的重要问题。论文简述了现代项目管理理论,对其在项目管理过程中的应用进行了详细的分析,以供参考。With the continuous development of China*s construction industry,the scale of construction team is also expanding.The increase of the number of people and the increase of production process have brought a series of management problems,such as improving project management methods,reducing project costs and so on.Traditional management methods have been difficult to deal with.Therefore,the introduction of contemporary project management theory has become an important issue.
