摘　　要：目的:探究眶肌筋膜提紧联合眼轮匝肌悬吊行睑袋整形术的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年4月于笔者医院行睑袋整形术的120例患者进行回顾性分析,其中仅采用眼轮匝肌悬吊睑袋治疗的54例患者为对照组,采用眶肌筋膜提紧联合眼轮匝肌悬吊睑袋治疗的66例患者为观察组。比较两组疗效总有效率、眼部指标变化、不良反应发生率及患者满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、患者满意度显著高于对照组,观察组睑袋程度、下睑皮肤皱纹评分及不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眶肌筋膜提紧联合眼轮匝肌悬吊行睑袋整形术具有较好的效果,可降低并发症发生率,提升患者满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of orbital muscle fascia lifting and tightening combined with orbicularis suspension pouch in patients with lower eyelid blepharoplasty.Methods 120 patients who underwent lower eyelid blepharoplasty in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected for retrospective analysis.Among them,54 patients only treated with orbicularis suspension pouch were included in the control group while 66 patients treated with orbital muscle fascia lifting and tightening combined with orbicularis suspension pouch were included in the observation group.The total response rate,changes in eye indexes,incidence of adverse reactions and patient’s satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and patient satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the degree of blepharoplasty,lower eyelid wrinkles score and incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of orbital muscle fascia lifting and tightening combined with orbicularis suspension pouch is good in the treatment of patients with lower eyelid blepharoplasty.It can prevents complications and improves patient’s satisfaction.
