摘　　要：目的:探讨皮秒翠绿宝石激光(Picosecond alexandrite laser,PSAL)与Q开关翠绿宝石激光(Q-switched alexandrite laser,QSAL)治疗太田痣的疗效和安全性。方法:选取2017年4月-2019年3月笔者科室就诊的76例太田痣患者,其中74例完成研究,所有患者就诊后经电脑随机分至PSAL或QSAL治疗,每组37例,比较两组疗效及不良反应。结果:PSAL组:平均接受(5.11±0.90)次治疗,平均有效评分为(4.49±0.45)分;QSAL组:平均接受(5.92±0.47)次治疗,平均有效评分为(4.12±0.76)分,两组比较有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。激光治疗效果均与治疗次数相关,且PSAL疗效优于QSAL。PSAL治疗的平均疼痛评分显著低于QSAL的评分(5.61±1.63 vs 6.40±1.45,P<0.001)。PSAL治疗PIH和PIHo发生率均显著低于QSAL治疗(P<0.001)。结论:与QSAL相比,PSAL治疗太田痣具有疗效好、不良反应少等优点。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of picosecond alexandrite laser(PSAL)and Q-switched alexandrite laser(QSAL)in the treatment of Ota mole.Methods A total of 76 patients with Ota mole who were treated at Rugao People's Hospital from April 2017 to March 2019 were selected,and 74 of them completed the study.All patients were randomized to PSAL or QSAL for treatment by computer and reaction.Results Among the 74 patients,Patients received an average of 5.11±0.90 PSAL treatments,with an average effective score of 4.49±0.45,an average of 5.92±0.47 QSAL treatments,and an average effective score of 4.12±0.76.There was a significant statistical difference between the two(P<0.001).The efficacy of laser treatment is related to the number of treatments,and the efficacy of PSAL is better than QSAL.The mean pain score of PSAL treatment was significantly lower than QSAL(5.61±1.63 vs 6.40±1.45,P<0.001).The incidence of PIH and PIHo in PSAL treatment was significantly lower than that in QSAL treatment(P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with QSAL,PSAL has the advantages of better curative effect and fewer adverse reactions.
