光子嫩肤联合芦荟凝胶治疗雀斑的疗效及患者术后自我认同评价分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨光子嫩肤联合芦荟凝胶治疗雀斑的疗效及对患者审美评价、生活质量的影响。方法:选取笔者医院2018年5月-2019年5月收治的80例雀斑患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。两组均采用光子嫩肤治疗3~5次,每次治疗间隔3周。治疗后,观察组采用芦荟凝胶涂抹皮肤,对照组用毛巾冷敷处理。随访6个月,对比两组患者的疗效、恢复过程、审美及生活质量评分的差异性。结果:治疗后,观察组有效率95.00%,高于对照组的77.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组结痂时间(6.65±0.77)d、痂落时间(9.45±1.08)d、恢复常态时间(14.51±1.37)d,均低于对照组的结痂时间(7.21±0.89)d、痂落时间(10.15±1.50)d、恢复常态时间(15.65±1.65)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者皮肤健康、心理健康、情感职能及社会活动各项评分均高于治疗前,且观察组各项评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:光子嫩肤联合芦荟凝胶治疗雀斑具有一定疗效,能够有效促进皮肤恢复,缩短治疗时间,对提高患者的审美及生活质量产生积极影响。Objective To explore the efficacy of photorejuvenation combined with aloe gel on freckles and its effect on aesthetic evaluation and quality of life.Methods 80 patients with freckles were selected in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019.80 freckles patients divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)randomly.The two groups patients were both treated with photorejuvenation for 3 to 5 times,3 weeks apart.After the treatment,the observation group was treated with aloe gel,and the control group was treated with cold towel.After 6 months follow-up,the difference of freckle efficacy,recovery process,aesthetic and quality of life scores between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group 95.00%was higher than the control group 77.75%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scab forming time(6.65±0.77)d,scab falling time(9.45±1.08)d and normal recovery time(14.51±1.37)d in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(7.21±0.89)d,scab falling time(10.15±1.50)d and normal recovery time(15.65±1.65)d,the difference were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of skin health,mental health,emotional function and social activity in the two group were all higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the difference were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Photorejuvenation combined with aloe gel has certain effect on freckles,which can effectively promote skin recovery,shorten treatment time,and has positive effect on improving the aesthetic and quality of life of patients.
