负压创面治疗技术联合局部氧疗在深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨负压创面治疗技术联合局部氧疗治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床效果。方法:选取深Ⅱ度烧伤患者48例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组24例,创面清创后应用负压创面治疗技术联合局部氧疗治疗;对照组24例,创面清创后只应用负压创面治疗技术治疗。比较两组患者创面坏死组织脱落时间、创面愈合时间、疼痛评分及对治疗的满意度。结果:治疗后,治疗组创面坏死组织脱落时间、创面愈合时间、疼痛评分及对治疗满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:负压创面治疗技术联合局部氧疗是治疗小面积深Ⅱ度烧伤的有效手段,有推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of negative pressure wound therapy combined with topical oxygen therapy in the treatment of deepⅡdegree burns.Methods 48 patients with deepⅡdegree burns were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,24 cases were treated with negative pressure-assisted wound therapy and topical oxygen therapy after debridement.In the control group,24 cases were treated with negative pressure-assisted wound therapy after debridement.The tissue shedding time,wound healing time,pain score and satisfaction to the treatment effect were compared between two groups.Results After the treatment,the time of necrotic tissue shedding,the time of wound healing,the scores of pain and treatment satisfaction of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure wound therapy combined with topical oxygen therapy is an effective means of treatment of small area deepⅡdegree burns,which worths wide application.
