摘　　要：中药灵芝因富含三萜、多糖等一些有效化学成分,在抗衰老、美白、防辐射、抗炎和抗过敏等方面可以改善皮肤美容。本文就灵芝近年来的皮肤美容功效及在化妆品中的应用现状及研究进展进行综述,展望了灵芝在化妆品中的应用前景,为灵芝在国内外美容市场进一步的发展提供科学依据。Ganoderma lucidum,a Traditional Chinese Medicine,is rich in triterpenoids,polysaccharides and other effective chemical components.It can improve the skin beauty in terms of anti-aging,whitening,anti-radiation,anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects.This paper reviews the recent research progress on the skin beauty effects of Ganoderma lucidum and its application status in cosmetics,prospects the application prospect,which provides a scientific basis for further development of Ganoderma lucidum in the domestic and foreign beauty markets.
