摘　　要：通过PDCA循环,分析门诊护理站基数药品管理目前存在的问题,制定优化方案并执行,对比干预前后数据,同时寻找下一循环需要改善的问题。用PDCA模式干预后,完善了门诊护理站基数药品管理规范,9项管理指标的100%合格率由4项增加为7项,同时也得到了临床科室的认可。PDCA循环管理模式在门诊护理站基数药品管理中取得了阶段性成效,保障了临床用药安全性。To explore the application value of PDCA continuous quality improvement model in base medicine management of outpatient nursing station.Through PDCA cycle,we analyzed the current problems in the base drug management of outpatient nursing stations,formulated and implemented the optimization plan,compared the data before and after the intervention,and looked for the problems that need to be improved in the next cycle.After the intervention with PDCA mode,the basic medicine management standard of outpatient nursing station was improved.And 100%qualified rate of 9 management indexes increased from 4 to 7,which was also recognized by clinical departments.PDCA continuous quality improvement model has achieved phased results in the base medicine management of outpatient nursing station,and ensured the safety of clinical medication,but the new problems found in the next cycle are still needed to be solved.
