摘　　要：以汽车门外板把手变形问题进行分析阐述,通过对制件数据、工艺结构、SE、现场整改等方面,并结合实际及成功经验,系统的分析并提出了有效的解决方案,为提高制件质量控制水平提供一定借鉴意义。The deformation of the door handle is analyzed,through the produet data,process structure,SE,on-site rectification and other aspects,and combined with the actual successful experience,this system puts forward an efective solutions,whice can provide reference for improving the control level of product quality.
