摘 要:以某净水器端盖注射模设计为例,分析了净水器端盖的结构特点,增大了主流道角度,设计了S形分流道及侧浇口,采用侧抽芯机构解决了塑件侧面多处槽孔的脱模难题,采用了托针及镶针顶出机构、更好地推出塑件,采用循环式的冷却水路方式、保证了模具温度在合适范围,从而实现塑件的批量生产。通过优化模具的浇注系统、推出系统及冷却系统,为同类塑件提供经验参考。Taking the design of an injection mold for the end cover of a water purifer as an example,the structural characteristics of the end cover of the water purifier were analyzed,the angle of the main channel was inereased,and the s-shaped sprue and side gate were designed,the side core-pulling mechanism is used to solve the problem of demoulding of multiple slots on the side of the product,the supporting needle and the needle-setting ejecting mechanism are adopted to push the product out better,and the circulating cooling water way is adopted to ensure the temperature of the mould in an appropriate range,to achieve mass production of products.By optimizing the gating system,ejecting system and cooling system of the mould,the experience can be provided for the similar products.
