摘  要:[目的]通过对复配型植物生长调节剂多效唑·甲哌鎓可湿性粉剂在水稻上展开1年12地的残留试验并对其在水稻可食部位糙米上进行风险评估,为该农药在实际生产应用中提供使用技术支撑。[方法]根据田间试验准则实施试验,样品依据标准操作规程处理后,利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定糙米、稻壳和秸秆中的农药残留量,最后对糙米中的残留量进行风险评估。[结果]水稻采收期时,多效唑和甲哌鎓的残留量大多数集中在秸秆上分别为<0.010~0.22、<0.010~1.3 mg/kg,其次是稻壳中分别为<0.010、<0.010~0.13 mg/kg,糙米中的残留量较低分别为<0.010、<0.010~0.017 mg/kg。[结论]10%多效唑·甲哌鎓可湿性粉剂在分蘖期至拔节前期,按对水喷雾的方法,有效成分用药量75~150 g a.i./hm^(2)或制剂用药量750~1500 g/hm^(2)施药1次,安全间隔期为收获期,收获期时糙米中农药残留量的风险商和危险商均小于100%,因此,建议我国可以分别暂定多效唑和甲哌鎓在糙米中的最大残留限量值均为0.02 mg/kg。[Aims] This study aims to provide support of application technique for paclobutrazol and mepiquat chloride wettable powder by conducting residue test at twelve sites for one year and risk assessment in brown rice in paddy.[Methods] The field trial was carried out according to guideline for the field trials, and the samples were treated by standard operating procedures. Then, all the pesticide residues were detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Finally, the risk assessment for the residues in brown rice were evaluated by the formula of hazard quotient and risk quotient. [Results] When paddy was harvested, the residues of paclobutrazol and mepiquat chloride were mostly concentrated in straw, with residue concentrations of <0.010-0.22 and <0.010-1.3 mg/kg,respectively. Secondly, in rice husk with <0.010 and <0.010-0.13 mg/kg, respectively. The residues in brown rice were very low with <0.010 and <0.010-0.017 mg/kg, respectively. [Conclusions] According to the way of spraying, when paddy is the prophase of tillering to jointing, and the effective composition dosage or the preparation dosage is 75-150 or 750-1500 g/ha with pesticide application once, pre-harvest interval is harvest time. The risk quotient and hazard quotient in brown rice are both lower than 100%. So, it is suggested that the MRL of paclobutrazol and mepiquat chloride in brown rice for China should temporarily be limited to 0.02 mg/kg.
