中医心理疗法干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者社会心理问题探析

摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)所产生的社会心理问题严重影响患者的临床症状、预后及生活质量,运用中医心理疗法进行干预,可在整体治疗的基础上突出个体差异,将“治身”与“治心”有机结合起来,通过多种途径调节人体中枢神经系统的兴奋和抑制,改善大脑皮质功能,促进肺的换气功能,提高生理功能的协调及免疫抗病能力。目前,中医心理治疗方法多停留在参考古籍层面,理论研究和创新不足,缺乏诊疗规范,限制了其临床应用。今后,需打破固有思维限制,不断从更深层次进行创新性、创造性研究,建立中医心理疗法的诊疗规范,制定针对特定疾病的评价量表,治疗流程标准化,同时将“不治已病治未病”作为中医心理疗法的基本出发点,对COPD患者早期进行干预,以取得更好的疗效。The social psychological problems caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)seriously affect the clinical symptoms,prognosis and quality of life of patients.The intervention of TCM psychotherapy can highlight individual differences on the basis of the overall treatment,organically combine"body treatment"and"mind treatment",regulate the excitation and inhibition of human central nervous system through a variety of ways,improve the function of cerebral cortex,promote the ventilation function of the lung,improve the coordination of physiological function and immune disease resistance.At present,TCM psychotherapy mostly stays at the level of reference to ancient medical books,lack of theoretical research and innovation,lack of diagnosis and treatment norms,which limits its clinical application.In the future,it is necessary to break the inherent limitations of thinking,continue to carry out innovative and creative research from a deeper level,establish the diagnosis and treatment norms of TCM psychotherapy,develop the evaluation scale for specific diseases,standardize the treatment process,and take"emphasizing less on the management of a disease but more on the prevention of it"as the basic starting point of TCM psychotherapy,and carry out early intervention for COPD patients,so as to achieve better curative effect.
