摘　　要：脊髓病包括十种脊髓病和重症肌无力等疾病,病理机制为痰瘀互结,病机证素有痰浊、痰热、瘀血、瘀热。结合阎洪臣教授从肾论治,以补肾为大法治疗脊髓病的益髓诸方,完善了滋养肾精以养脑脊髓之阴体,温阳益气复用以彰脑脊髓之阳用的遣方思想,为“体阴用阳治脑病”提供了理论依据。根据“病机-证素-药串”学说解析其用药组方规律,总结得出以益精填髓、温补阳气为基础,兼治痰浊瘀血的治法。Myelopathy includes ten types of myelopathy and myasthenia gravis,etc.The pathological mechanism is the combination of phlegm and blood stasis.The pathogenesis syndrome elements include phlegm turbidity,phlegm heat,blood stasis and stagnated heat.This article connects Professor Yan Hong-chen's formulas for myelopathy based on nourishing kidney as the main method,improves the medication idea of nourishing kidney essence to nourish yin body of cerebrospinal fluid,warming yang and replenishing qi to promote yang function of cerebrospinal fluid,which provides a theoretical basis for"treating encephalopathy with yin constitution based on warming yang method".According to the analysis of the theory of"pathogenesis-syndrome elements-medicine string",and the rules of medication,it is concluded that treatment of encephalopathy focuses on supplementing essence and replenishing marrow,warming and tonifying yang qi,as well as removing phlegm turbidity and blood stasis.
