葛根芩连汤临床应用及实验研究进展

摘　　要：葛根芩连汤具有解表清里之效,主治邪热下利。临床应用指征主要是:①身热下利、肛门灼热、大便不爽或臭秽难闻,甚或脓血便,小便色黄等肠道湿热者;②脘腹胀满、消谷善饥、头身困重、四肢倦怠、口黏、口渴、牙龈肿痛、口舌生疮等脾胃湿热者;③舌红苔黄腻,脉滑数或濡数者。现阶段虽然对葛根芩连汤的研究已不断深入,但仍有不足,比如目前已有大量动物实验研究证明葛根芩连汤可改变炎性因子水平,改善炎性反应,但相关临床研究较少,今后还需加强临床研究,为葛根芩连汤的临床应用提供更多客观依据。Pueraria and Scutellaria and Coptis Decoction has the effect of relieving exterior and clearing interior,and is mainly used to treat diarrhea due to pathogenic heat.The main indications of clinical application are as follows:①The patients with intestinal dampness-heat syndrome manifested as fever,diarrhea,burning sensation of the anus,unsmooth defecation or foul defecation,or even stool with pus and blood,yellow urine,etc.②The patients with spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome manifested as gastric stuffiness,swift digestion with rapid hungering,heaviness of head and body,fatigue of limbs,sticky mouth,thirsty,swollen gums,sore tongue is sore,etc.③The patients with red tongue,yellow and greasy coating,slippery and rapid pulse or soggy pulse.At present,although the research on Pueraria and Scutellaria and Coptis Decoction continues to deepen,there are still shortcomings.For example,a large number of animal experimental studies have proved that it can change the level of inflammatory factors and improve the inflammatory response,but there are few related clinical studies.In the future,clinical studies need to be strengthened in order to provide more objective basis for the clinical application of Pueraria and Scutellaria and Coptis Decoction.
