摘　　要：目的:探讨《养老奉亲书》中食疗治疗老年疾病的用药规律。方法:从《养老奉亲书》中筛选出142首治疗老年疾病的食疗方,采用Excel 2019软件建立数据库,分析食疗方的种类及组成,统计按功效、性味、归经分类后药物的累积出现频次。结果:142首食疗方可分为软食类、饮料类、硬食类、菜肴类和其他等5种类型;食疗方主要由食物、药食同源类药物及药物组成。药物按功效分类后出现频次居于前5位为解表药、补虚药、温里药、清热药、利水渗湿药;药性以温、平多见;药味以辛、甘多见;归经以肺、脾、胃、肾经为主。结论:《养老奉亲书》中治疗老年疾病的食疗方多用性温、平,味辛、甘,入肺、脾、胃、肾经的中药,其功效多以补虚为主,兼以温里、清热、利水、行气。Objective:To explore the medication characteristics of diet therapy in The Book on How to Keep Health for the Elderly.Methods:A total of 142 diet-therapy prescriptions for the treatment of senile diseases were selected from The Book on How to Keep Health for the Elderly.The database was established by Excel 2019 software.The types and composition of diet-therapy prescriptions were analyzed,and the cumulative frequency of drugs classified by efficacy,nature,taste and meridian tropism was counted.Results:The 142 diet-therapy prescriptions could be divided into five types:soft food,drink,hard food,dish and others.Diet therapies are mainly composed of food,drug with the features of homology of medicine and food,and drugs.According to the efficacy classification,the top five medicinals were exterior-releasing medicinal,tonifying medicinal,exterior-warming medicinal,heat-clearing medicinal,and damp-draining diuretic.The most medicinals were warm and mild;most flavors were pungent and sweet,and the main meridian tropism involved the lung,spleen,stomach and kidney.Conclusion:In The Book on How to Keep Health for the Elderly,most of the diet-therapy prescriptions for the treatment of senile diseases use the medicinals which are warm and mild in nature,pungent and sweet in flavor,and enters the lung,spleen,stomach and kidney meridians.Its efficacy is mainly to tonify deficiency,and also to warm the interior,clear away heat,relieve urination and move qi.
