《太平圣惠方》治疗脓毒症用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:分析《太平圣惠方》治疗脓毒症的用药规律。方法:以“外感热病”“温毒”“内陷”“走黄”为关键词,计算机检索“国家人口与健康科学数据共享服务平台———中医药学科学数据中心”的中国方剂数据库中《太平圣惠方》治疗脓毒症的处方,对方剂中药物、主治、功效的频数进行分析,并对药物进行聚类分析及关联规则分析。结果:《太平圣惠方》治疗脓毒症药物使用频次位于前5位的是大黄、黄芩、甘草、栀子、麦冬等;主治病症频次位于前4位的是热毒、肠结、伤寒、烦躁等;功效频次位于前4位的清热、解毒、导滞、养阴。根据聚类分析得出5组聚类药物组合;根据关联规则得到大黄+黄芩等的药物组合,热毒+肠结等的主治病症组合,清热+解毒等的功效组合。结论:《太平圣惠方》治疗脓毒症重视大黄和黄芩的使用,以清热解毒、导滞养阴为治疗大法。Objective:To analyze the medication rules of treating sepsis in Taiping Holy Prescriptions for Universal Relief.Methods:Taking"exogenous fever","warm toxin","inward invasion"and"running yellow"as the key words,the prescriptions for treating sepsis in Taiping Holy Prescriptions for Universal Relief in the Chinese prescription database of"national population and health science data sharing service platform-scientific data center of traditional Chinese medicine"were searched by computer.The frequencies of Chinese medicinals,indications and efficacy in the prescriptions were analyzed,and the Chinese medicinals were given cluster analysis and association rules analysis.Results:In Taiping Holy Prescriptions for Universal Relief,Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Zhizi(Fructus Gardeniae)and Maidong(Radix Ophiopogonis)were the top five Chinese medicinals used in the treatment of sepsis.Heat toxin,intestinal colon,typhoid,and irritability were the top four treated symptoms.Clearing heat,detoxification,removing stagnation and nourishing yin were the top four in efficacy frequency.According to the cluster analysis,five cluster drug combinations were obtained.According to the association rules,the drug combination of Dahuang and Huangqin,the main indication combination of heat toxin and intestinal colon,,and the efficacy combination of clearing heat and detoxification were obtained.Conclusion:In the treatment of sepsis,Taiping Holy Prescriptions for Universal Relief emphasizes the use of Dahuang and Huangqin,and takes clearing away heat and toxin,removing stagnation and nourishing yin as the treatment principle.
