摘　　要：吴勉华教授治疗恶性肿瘤常用虫类药有全蝎、蜈蚣、白僵蚕、土鳖虫、水蛭、地龙等,常用给药途径有内服及外用两种。传统口服剂型以汤药为主,少数患者需长期服用,可以制作成丸剂或酒剂,但肿瘤患者应戒酒,因此,酒剂不作为常用。外用包括穴位贴敷、黏膜给药等,穴位贴敷可避免虫类峻猛之品经消化道而引起的不良反应,且可助药物从皮肤黏膜渗入,直达病所,具有疏通经脉、通络止痛作用,适用于脾胃功能欠佳或癌肿位置较表浅的癌痛患者。吴教授认为,个别虫类药(如斑蝥和蟾蜍)毒性较大,使用时需要辨别患者所处的病程,根据证候虚实,慎重选用。Professor Wu Mian-hua commonly-used insect drugs in the treatment of malignant tumors include Quanxie(Scorpio),Wugong(Scolopendra),Baijiangcan(Bombyx Batryticatus),Tubiechong(Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga),Shuizhi(Hirudo),Dilong(Pheretima),etc.There are two ways of administration:oral administration and external use.The traditional oral dosage form is mainly decoction.A small number of patients need to take drugs for a long time.They can be made into pills or alcohol preparation.However,cancer patients should stop drinking wine.Therefore,alcohol preparation is not commonly used.External use includes acupoint application,mucosal administration,etc.Acupoint application can avoid the adverse reactions caused by insect products through the digestive tract,and can help the drug infiltrate from the skin and mucous membrane directly to the disease center.It can dredge the meridians,and relieve pain.It is suitable for cancer pain patients with poor spleen and stomach function or superficial cancer location.Professor Wu believes that some insect drugs,such as Banmao(Mylabris)and Chansu(Venenum Bufonis),are highly toxic,so it is necessary to distinguish the course of disease of patients when using them,and select them carefully according to the deficiency and excess of syndromes.
