摘　　要：姚欣艳教授认为,三叉神经痛的主要病机为瘀血阻络,肝风内动。湖南地区的三叉神经痛患者以肝胆湿热、经络瘀阻证,风痰瘀阻、经络不通证和肝阳化风、瘀血内阻证等3个证型为主,其共同病机为瘀血阻滞经络,应治以活血化瘀法,采用活络效灵丹为主方加减。肝胆湿热、瘀血内阻证合龙胆泻肝汤加减;风痰瘀阻、经络不通证合天麻止痉散加减;肝阳化风、瘀血内阻证合镇肝熄风汤加减。Professor Yao Xin-yan believes that the main pathogenesis of trigeminal neuralgia is blood stasis blocking collaterals and internal movement of liver wind.In Hunan area,trigeminal neuralgia is mainly manifested as syndrome of blocked collaterals due to dampness and heat of liver and gallbladder,syndrome of blocked collaterals due to wind and phlegm,syndrome of blood stasis due to liver yang transforming wind,etc.The common pathogenesis is blood stasis blocking meridians,which should be treated by activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Modified Huoluo Xiaoling Dan(活络效灵丹,HLXLD)is often adopted for modification.For syndrome of blood stasis blocking collaterals due to dampness and heat of liver and gallbladder,Modified Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction is often used.For syndrome of blocked collaterals due to wind and phlegm,Modified Gastrodia Spasm-Removing Powder is often used.For syndrome of blood stasis due to liver yang transforming wind,Modified Liver-Sedating and Wind-Extinguishing Decoction is often used.
