摘　　要：目的:评价眼针结合康复训练治疗中风后运动功能障碍的有效性。方法:检索MEDLINE、Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP),检索时限为自建库至2019年11月31日,检索眼针结合康复训练治疗中风后运动功能障碍的随机对照试验。结果:共纳入12项随机对照试验,1017例患者。Meta分析显示,与常规康复组比较,眼针结合康复训练治疗中风后运动功能障碍,在提高日常生活能力方面[MD=12.68,95%CI(9.71,15.64)]、提高运动功能方面[MD=14.35,95%CI(6.28,22.42)]、临床有效率方面[MD=1.40,95%CI(1.17,1.68)]均具有显著性差异。结论:眼针结合康复训练与常规康复治疗相比较,在改善患者运动功能、提高日常生活能力方面具有更好的临床疗效。但由于纳入研究的样本量较小,研究方法学质量较低,从而降低了本系统评价证据质量等级。今后,需要更多高质量、多中心、大样本的试验验证结论。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of motor dysfunction after stroke.Methods:MEDLINE,Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched for randomized controlled trials of eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of motor dysfunction after stroke from the establishment of the database to November 31,2019.Results:A total of 12 randomized controlled trials involving 1017 patients were included.The Meta analysis showed that compared with the conventional rehabilitation group,eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of motor dysfunction after stroke had significant differences in improving activities of daily living[MD=12.68,95%CI(9.71,15.64)],improving motor function[MD=14.35,95%CI(6.28,22.42)],and clinical effective rate[MD=1.40,95%CI(1.17,1.68)].Conclusion:Compared with conventional rehabilitation treatment,eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has better clinical effect in improving motor function and activities of daily living.However,due to the small sample size and the low quality of research methodology,the quality of evidence in this system is reduced.In the future,more high-quality,multicenter and large sample experiments are needed to verify the conclusion.
