摘 要:为了研究在建筑施工过程中发生高坠事故的影响因素及其与施工主体之间的社会网络关系,提取2013-2019年207份高坠事故调查报告中的相关数据,将系统理论事故建模与过程模型(systems-theoretic accident model and processes,STAMP)的控制结构与系统团队合作的事件分析模型(event analysis of systemic teamwork,EAST)的框架相结合,构建了高坠事故系统的社交网络、任务网络、信息网络、控制网络及复合网络模型。通过社会网络相关指标,找到各个网络的关键节点以及最容易导致高坠事故的组合节点。研究结果表明:网络之间的节点具有较强的联系,施工单位、施工人员、教育培训不足、未佩戴安全物品等节点处于网络的核心位置,施工单位和教育培训不足组合是导致高坠事故最典型的组合。In order to research the influencing factors of falling accidents during building construction,and analyze the social network relationship between the factors and the construction subjects,207 investigation reports of falling accidents from 2013 to 2019 were selected to extract relevant data,the control structure of the systems-theoretic accident model and processes(STAMP)was combined with the framework of the event analysis of systemic teamwork(EAST),and the social network,task network,information network,control network and composite network model of the falling accident system were constructed.Through social network related indicators,the key nodes of each network and the combined nodes that are most likely to cause falling accidents were found.The research results show that the nodes among networks have strong connections,construction unit,construction personnel,insufficient education and training,and not wearing safety items are at the core of the network,the combination of the construction unit and insufficient education and training are the most typical combination of falling accidents.
