地方环境空气自动监测系统社会化运维存在问题的探讨

摘　　要：环境空气自动监测系统的运维是确保环境空气监测数据可靠性,为大气污染防治工作提供决策支撑的重要保障,环境空气自动监测系统的社会化运维是未来趋势。根据对四川省省控城市环境空气自动监测系统的社会化运维在部分区域落实情况的梳理,从基础保障、运行维护、监督管理三方面探讨社会化运维和监管中存在的问题,提出相应整改建议,为各地建立和完善社会化运维和监管机制提供参考。The operation and maintenance of the environmental air automatic monitoring system is an important guarantee to ensure the reliability of the ambient air monitoring data and provide decision support for the prevention and control of air pollution.The socialized operation and maintenance of the ambient air automatic monitoring system is more and more important in the future.This paper summarizes the implementation of the socialized operation and maintenance of the provincial controlled urban environmental air automatic monitoring system in some regions of Sichuan Province.To discuss the problems existing in socialized operation and supervision from the aspects of basic guarantee,operation maintenance,supervision,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for rectification.It provides some reference for the establishment and improvement of socialized operation and peacekeeping supervision mechanism.
