糖尿病患者应用尿液分析仪检测尿糖检验和血糖检验的价值

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病患者应用尿液分析仪检测尿糖检验和血糖检验的临床价值。方法选定该院2019年8月—2020年8月收治的100例糖尿病患者,分别给予尿糖检验、血糖检验,对比两组检测准确率以及检验结果。结果血糖检测准确率(100.00%)高于尿糖检测准确率(95.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。5例尿糖结果为"-"的患者中,2例FPG≥7.8 mmol/L,3例FPG<7.8 mmol/L,1例2 hPG≥11.1 mmol/L,4例2 hPG<11.1 mmol/L。18例尿糖结果为"±"的患者中,10例FPG≧7.8 mmol/L,8例FPG<7.8 mmol/L,9例2 hPG≥11.1 mmol/L,9例2 hPG<11.1 mmol/L。20例尿糖结果为"+"的患者中,12例FPG≥7.8 mmol/L,8例FPG<7.8 mmol/L,13例2 hPG≥11.1 mmol/L,7例2 hPG<11.1 mmol/L。21例尿糖结果为"2+"的患者中,15例FPG≥7.8 mmol/L,6例FPG<7.8 mmol/L,14例2 hPG≥11.1 mmol/L,7例2 hPG<11.1 mmol/L。25例尿糖结果为"3+"的患者中,15例FPG≥7.8 mmol/L,10例FPG<7.8 mmol/L,16例2 hPG≥11.1 mmol/L,9例2 hPG<11.1 mmol/L。11例尿糖结果为"4+"的患者中,7例FPG≥7.8 mmol/L,4例FPG<7.8 mmol/L,6例2 hPG≥11.1 mmol/L,5例2 hPG<11.1 mmol/L。结论糖尿病患者采纳血糖检验,可提高检验准确率,可用于糖尿病患者疾病的初步筛查,临床应用价值较高,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the clinical value of urine glucose test and blood glucose test in diabetic patients with urine analyzer.Methods Selected 100 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 to give urine glucose test and blood glucose test respectively,and compare the accuracy and test results of the two groups.Results The accuracy rate of blood glucose detection(100.00%)was higher than that of urine glucose detection(95.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 5 patients whose urine glucose result was"-",2 cases had FPG≥7.8 mmol/L and 3 cases FPG<7.8 mmol/L,1 case 2 hPG≥11.1 mmol/L,4 cases 2 hPG<11.1 mmol/L.Among the18 patients whose urine glucose result was"±",10 had FPG≥7.8 mmol/L,8 had FPG<7.8 mmol/L,9 had 2 hPG≥11.1 mmol/L,and 9 had 2 hPG<11.1 mmol/L.Among the 20 patients whose urine glucose result was"+",12 had FPG≥7.8 mmol/L,8 had FPG<7.8 mmol/L,13 had 2 hPG≥11.1 mmol/L,and 7 had 2 hPG<11.1 mmol/L.Among the 21 patients whose urine glucose result was"2+",15 had FPG≥7.8 mmol/L,6 had FPG<7.8 mmol/L,14 had 2 hPG≥11.1 mmol/L,and 7 had2 hPG<11.1 mmol/L.Among the 25 patients whose urine glucose result was"3+",15 had FPG≥7.8 mmol/L,10 had FPG<7.8 mmol/L,16 had 2 hPG≥11.1 mmol/L,and 9 had 2 hPG<11.1 mmol/L.Among 11 patients whose urine glucose result was"4+",7 had FPG≥7.8 mmol/L,4 had FPG<7.8 mmol/L,6 had 2 hPG≥11.1 mmol/L,and 5 had 2 hPG<11.1 mmol/L.Conclusion Adopting blood glucose test for diabetic patients can improve the accuracy of the test and can be used for preliminary screening of diseases in diabetic patients.It has high clinical application value and is worth learning.
