手术治疗应用于前列腺增生合并糖尿病的临床疗效观察及有效性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗对前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法采用该院于2018年10月—2019年11月这一时间段内接收的前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者共计70例进行实验,按照随机化法将患者划分成对照组和观察组,每组例数各为35,对照组为患者进行常规治疗,观察组为患者进行经尿道汽化电切术治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析比较。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,且尿流动力学水平和血糖水平优于对照组,生活质量指数和前列腺症状评分优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者进行治疗时,采用手术治疗方式,效果显著,可以改善患者前列腺症状和血糖水平,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and diabetes.Methods A total of 70 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and diabetes mellitus accepted by the hospital during the period from October 2018 to November 2019 were used for the experiment.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the randomization method.The number was 35 each.The control group received conventional treatment for patients,and the observation group received transurethral electrovaporization resection for patients.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the urodynamic level and blood glucose level were better than those of the control group.The quality of life index and prostate symptom score were better than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When treating patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and diabetes,surgical treatment is effective.It can improve prostate symptoms and blood glucose levels,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
