社区护理对糖尿病患者依从性及血糖水平控制的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探究针对糖尿病患者采取社区护理在提高患者依从性以及控制血糖水平方面发挥的作用。方法选择该院于2017年1月—2019年6月收治的124例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,基于随机数表法均分为对照组与观察组,两组患者出院后均接受为期12个月的随访,其中对照组患者出院后未接受其他护理,观察组患者出院后接受社区护理。分析两组患者护理前后依从性以及血糖水平变化情况。结果观察组依从率(96.77%)高于对照组(75.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者空腹血糖水平(6.43±1.23)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖水平(8.47±1.09)mmol/L显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区护理便于融入糖尿病患者生活中,给予科学的指导与有效的干预,护理效果显著,提升患者依从性,实现血糖水平的稳定控制,建议积极采用。Objective To explore the role of community care for diabetic patients in improving patient compliance and controlling blood glucose levels.Methods 124 diabetic patients admitted in the hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group based on the random number table method.Both groups of patients received a period of time after discharge during a 12-month follow-up,patients in the control group received no other care after discharge,and patients in the observation group received community care after discharge.Analyzed the compliance of the two groups of patients before and after care and changes in blood glucose levels.Results The compliance rate of the observation group(96.77%)was higher than that of the control group(75.81%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the fasting blood glucose level of the observation group was(6.43±1.23)mmol/L and 2 hours postprsndial blood glucose(8.47±1.09)mmol/L was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Community nursing is easy to integrate into the lives of diabetic patients,and scientific guidance and effective intervention are provided,whose nursing effect is significant,improving patient compliance,and achieving stable control of blood glucose levels,worthy of active use.
