摘　　要：目的探究对糖尿病肾病实行自拟双黄防己汤治疗所起到的干预效果。方法选取该院内五病房于2018年11月—2019年11月收治的糖尿病肾病患者80例,将其采用随机分组法分为对照组(40例,常规治疗)以及观察组(40例,自拟双黄防己汤治疗),对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟双黄防己汤对糖尿病肾病起到的治疗效果较佳,值得临床推广运用。Objective To explore the intervention effect of self-made Shuanghuang Fangji Decoction on diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were admitted to five wards in the hospital during November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(40 cases,conventional treatment)and observation group(40 cases,self-made Shuanghuang Fangji Decoction treatment),compared the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Shuanghuang Fangji Decoction has a better therapeutic effect on diabetic nephropathy and is worthy of clinical application.
