摘 要:叶轮机械在国民经济尤其是重工业体系中占有十分重要的地位,广泛应用于钻探设备、水轮机、航空发动机等。整体式叶轮具有叶片薄、曲率变化大及各叶片之间的间距小等特点,针对使用五轴数控加工过程中存在的数控编程复杂、颤纹明显及废品率高等问题,作者提出了数控设备的选型、装夹方案的确定及提高效率的工艺流程,通过实际切削验证对该工艺出现的问题进行了剖析。结果表明,该方案能明显地提高加工效率、减少振纹的产生,对提高该型号叶轮的加工效率和成品率具有一定的借鉴意义。Impellers play a very important role in the national economy,especially in the heavy industry system,is widely used in drilling equipment,turbines,aero engines,etc.Integral impeller has the characteristics of thin blade,large variation of blade curvature and small spacing between blades.In this paper,the authors puts forward the selection and clamping scheme of NC equipment and the technological process of improving efficiency for the problems of complex NC programming and obvious chatter marks and high rejection rate in the process of using five-axis NC machining,analyze these problems in this process through the actual cutting verification.The results show that the scheme can obviously improve the machining efficiency and reduce the occurrence of vibration lines,has a certain reference significance for improving the machining efficiency and yield of this type of impeller.
