口腔正畸治疗对口腔中细菌微生态的影响

摘  要:目的探讨口腔正畸治疗对口腔中细菌微生态的影响。方法随机抽取45例口腔正畸患者作为观察组,抽取时间范围在2017年9月—2018年9月,抽取同期健康者45名作为对照组,对其口腔中细菌微生态实施分析对比。结果观察组龈沟液细菌分布中,球菌(44.35±1.32)%、杆菌(23.02±1.31)%、丝状菌(3.82±0.44)%、弯曲菌(1.83±0.22)%占比均低于对照组,梭状菌(11.25±1.32)%、螺旋体(7.65±1.25)%占比则显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=31.296、22.970、3.897、43.098、32.656、19.513,P<0.001);观察组龈沟液细菌均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.000、4.121、15.291、16.335,P<0.001)。结论口腔正畸治疗对口腔中细菌微生态的影响显著,可引起牙龈局部炎性反应,需做好口腔护理。Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontic treatment on the bacterial microecology in the oral cavity.Methods 45 orthodontic patients were randomly selected as the observation group,and the sampling time range was from September 2017 to September 2018.45 healthy people during the same period were selected as the control group,and the bacterial microecology in their oral cavity was analyzed and compared.Results In the distribution of gingival crevicular fluid bacteria in the observation group,the proportions of cocci(44.35±1.32)%,bacilli(23.02±1.31)%,filamentous bacteria(3.82±0.44)%,and campylobacter(1.83±0.22)% were all lower than the control group,the percentages of clostridium(11.25±1.32)% and spirochetes(7.65±1.25)% were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=31.296,22.970,3.897,43.098,32.656,19.513,P<0.001);observation group of the bacteria in gingival crevicular fluid were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.000,4.121,15.291,16.335,P<0.001).Conclusion Orthodontic treatment has a significant impact on the bacterial microecology in the oral cavity,which can cause local inflammatory reactions in the gums,and oral care is required.
