内分泌失调伴肥胖症患者采取针对性护理对患者依从性和治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分析对内分泌失调伴肥胖症患者使用针对性护理对患者依从性和治疗效果的影响。方法随机选取2017年1月—2019年12月的该院内分泌科收治的100例内分泌失调伴肥胖症患者,对这些患者进行编号,然后对编号进行随机抽取并分组。研究组50例,采用针对性护理;对照组50例,采用常规护理。对两组患者的体重,BMI指数,腰围,治疗效果进行对比,并评价护理满意度和患者依从性。结果研究组治疗效果90%比对照组56%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.663,P<0.001),体重(75.53±9.45)kg,BMI(20.28±3.45)kg/m^(2)和腰围(89.12±5.14)cm均比对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(t=7.045、9.304、5.934,P<0.05),护理满意度92%比对照组76%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.762,P<0.05)。结论对内分泌失调伴肥胖症患者使用针对性护理,有效降低患者体重,缩小腰围,改善BMI指数,治疗效果显著,并且患者依从性高,护理满意度提高。Objective To explore and analyze the impact of targeted nursing on patients with endocrine disorders and obesity on patient compliance and treatment effects.Methods Randomly selected 100 patients with endocrine disorders and obesity who were admitted to the department of endocrinology in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019,numbered these patients,and then randomly selected and grouped the numbers.50 cases in the study group were treated with targeted care;50 cases in the control group were treated with routine care.The weight,BMI index,waist circumference,and treatment effect of the two groups of patients were compared,and nursing satisfaction and patient compliance were evaluated.Results The treatment effect of the study group was 90% higher than that of the control group 56%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.663,P<0.001).The body weight(75.53±9.45)kg,BMI(20.28±3.45)kg/m^(2) and waist circumference(89.12±5.14)cm were all improved,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.045,9.304,5.934,P<0.05),nursing satisfaction 92% was higher than the control group 76%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.762,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of targeted care for patients with endocrine disorders and obesity can effectively reduce the weight of the patients,reduce the waist circumference,and improve the BMI index.The treatment effect is significant,and the patient compliance is high,and the nursing satisfaction is improved.
