山东省与长江经济带跨区域产业转移与承接研究

摘　　要：从跨区域产业合作视角,以山东省及长江经济带跨区域产业合作为研究对象,首先运用主成分分析法测度山东省及长江经济带各省市的产业承接优势及综合竞争能力,并采用产业梯度系数判定各省市的产业比较优势,以相对产业梯度系数筛选各省市重点承接的产业类型。研究表明:①山东省与长江经济带各省市的产业综合承接竞争实力差异明显,从东向西总体上可分为四个梯度层次;②长三角的江苏和浙江优势产业相似性较大;长江中游省市劳动密集型、技术密集型产业吸引力较强,上游省市的资源密集型产业优势显著;山东省的优势产业数量最多,且半数产业优势显著;③长江中上游省市承接山东省的劳动密集型和资源密集型产业数量多于长三角,技术密集型产业数量少于长三角;而山东省可承接长江经济带的重点产业以技术密集型产业居多。From the perspective of cross regional industrial cooperation,taking the cross regional industrial cooperation of Shandong Province and the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,this paper first used the principal component analysis method to measure the industrial undertaking advantages and comprehensive competitiveness of Shandong Province and the provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and used the industrial gradient coefficient to determine the industrial comparative advantages of each province and city,selecting the key industries of provinces and cities based on the relative industry gradient coefficient.The results are as follows.First,there are obvious differences between Shandong Province and the provinces of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in industrial comprehensive undertaking competitiveness,which can be divided into four gradients from east to west.Second,in the Yangtze River Delta,Jiangsu and Zhejiang have a large similarity in advantageous industries.In the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,labor-intensive and technology intensive industries are more attractive,while in the upper reaches,resources intensive industries have a significant advantage.In Shandong Province,the number of advantageous industries is the largest,and half of them have a significant advantage.Finally,in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River,the number of labor-intensive and resource intensive industries in Shandong Province is more than that in the Yangtze River Delta,and the number of technology intensive industries in Shandong Province is less than that in the Yangtze River Delta.
