放牧区居民生活垃圾治理模式与策略研究

摘　　要：以内蒙古赤峰市克什克腾旗放牧区作为研究区域,采取实地调研、问卷调查、模型计算和实验分析的方法对其居民生活垃圾的收集、清运和处理模式进行研究。结果显示,研究区域的放牧区生活垃圾基本形成了较为完整的清运、回收、填埋体系,依托社区为中心的生活垃圾清运模式运行效果较好,形成了依托环保志愿者-商店-回收企业的资源回收体系,处置方式为简易土地填埋。其存在的问题为垃圾填埋场没有做卫生化处理,以及部分社区存在生活垃圾清运费用紧张、车辆短缺的现象。针对这些问题,结合"准环境"和拓扑心理行为概念给出了相应的策略和建议。Taking Keshiketeng Banner pastoral area in Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia,as the research area,the collection,transportation and treatment mode of domestic waste were studied by the methods of field investigation,questionnaire survey,model calculation and experimental analysis.The results showed that a relatively complete system of domestic waste collection,recovery and landfill was basically formed in the pastoral area,and the operation effect of the community-based domestic waste treatment mode was basically good.The resource recovery system was basically formed relying on the system of environmental volunteers-shops-recycling enterprises.The disposal mode was unsanitary landfill.The main problems were the lack of sanitary measure in the landfill site and the shortage of vehicles in some communities.In view of these problems,the corresponding strategies and suggestions were given based on quasi environment and topological psychology.
