摘  要:随着我国社会信用体系建设不断推进,社会信用激励功能逐渐彰显,有必要从内部认知信用激励内涵、类型,引入并解构嵌入性理论,从制度嵌入和文化嵌入两方面建构我国信用激励机制。制度嵌入方面,通过嵌入事前信用信息供给机制以缓释信用市场对信用信息的紧张供求关系,重构信用评级制度,纠正社会信用激励偏差,强化信用激励力度,从而为信用激励提供支撑和保障;文化嵌入方面,通过培植信用文化,奠定信用激励基础,调动公众协同参与,进一步落实信用文化的共有信念和价值观,激励信用主体的守信行为。With the constant advancement of the construction of China’s social credit system,the function of social credit incentives gradually manifests itself.And it is necessary to understand the connotation and types of credit incentives from within,introduce and deconstruct embeddedness theory,and construct China’s credit incentives mechanism from the aspects of system embedding and cultural embedding.System embedding includes the methods of alleviating the tight supply of and robust demand for credit information on the market by embedding in advance credit information supply mechanism,reconstructing the credit rating system,correcting social credit incentives deviations,and strengthening the effect of credit incentives,which provide support and guarantee for credit incentives.Cultural embedding includes the method of nurturing credit culture to lay foundation for credit incentives and encourage the collective participation of the public,which further put into practice the common believes and values of credit culture and incentivize credit subjects to keep a sound credit records.
