摘　　要：城市居住单元是自然环境与人类社会经济活动的综合体,现阶段,高密度居住区域是中国城市居住单元发展的主要方向,而居住区的居住舒适性又是最重要的关注点。围绕着生态适应性原则和人性原则,首先了解了居住单元的关键概念及其涉及的关键要素,对以后发展的重要意义;然后结合层次分析法(AHP),构建了关于居住单元精细化分析的评价指标体系。该体系分别从小区建筑物内部居住环境、小区建筑物外部居住环境、小区内部支撑环境3个方面的20个基本指标,对建筑物和小区内部居住环境进行精细化挖掘。探讨居住单元的精细化空间特征,为居民购买住房提供了一些思路。Urban residential units are the complex of natural environment and human social and economic activities.At present,high-density residential areas are the main development direction of urban residential units in China,and the living comfort of residential areas is the most important concern.Centering on the principle of ecological adaptability and the principle of human nature,this paper first understands the key concepts of residential units and the key elements involved,which are of great significance to the future development.Then combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the evaluation index system of residential unit refinement analysis is constructed.The system is based on the internal living environment of residential buildings.External living environment of residential buildings;The 20 basic indexes of 3 aspects of the supporting environment in the residential area are used to excavate the buildings and the residential environment inside the residential area.The detailed spatial characteristics of residential units are discussed.It provides some ideas for residents to buy houses.
