摘  要:文中研究一种利用1280×1024像素的非制冷探测器接收目标红外辐射能量,前端匹配红外变焦光学系统,便携式发射装置的非制冷红外热像仪;其变倍组和补偿组分别固定在丝杠上,由步进电机驱动丝杠导轨式移动改变两者的位置实现连续变焦;与上位机用串口通讯设置亮度、对比度、极性、校正等图像的参数,用CameraLink方式输出数字视频信号,整机采用镂空结构支架固定;样机成像清晰、参数可调,满足要求,适于便携式发射装置应用。The research of HD uncooled infrared imaging in portable control launch device is presented.The uncooled infrared Imaging supports the 1280×1024 definition uncooled infrared sensor to receive the target infrared power,with the continuous zoom IR optical system.The optical zoom part and compensation part are fixed on two guide screws,with driving by motor,to get optical continuous zoom by changing their position.The parameters of image brightness,contrast,polarity,correction,are able to change with the UART protocol by the user,and the digital vedio are transmited with the CameraLink protocol.The product is designed with the hollow out construct.The test result shows that the infrared imaging is satisfied with the needs with clear image and pararmeter adjustable,and appropriate for the portable control launch device’s application.
