最低工资标准导致了中国物流业增长的区域失衡吗?

摘　　要：当前,中国物流业增长的区域失衡有不断加剧的趋势。从最低工资标准实际强度与最适强度之差的“偏离度”视角出发,对中国物流业增长区域失衡这一问题进行理论机制分析,接着借助1995—2017年中国物流业的面板数据,运用不同的计量经济模型对其开展论证。研究发现:最低工资制度显著促进了物流业增长,且中国物流业最低工资标准的实际强度远未达到其最适强度,各地区间的最低工资标准“偏离度”的差异确实是进一步拉大区域失衡的重要原因;中介效应检验发现,最低工资主要通过增加研发投入资金、优化就业结构和增加居民消费支出三个正向传导渠道促进中国物流业的增长。At present,the regional imbalance in the growth of China’s logistics industry has a tendency to further increase.This article analyzes the theoretical mechanism of regional imbalance of China’s logistics industry from the perspective of“deviation”between actual intensity of minimum wage standard and optimal intensity,and uses the panel data of China’s logistics industry from 1995 to 2017 to indirectly demonstrate it with different econometric models.The study has found that the minimum wage system has significantly promoted the growth of the logistics industry,and the actual intensity of the minimum wage standard in China’s logistics industry is far from reaching its optimal intensity.The difference in the minimum wage standard deviation between regions is indeed further increasing regional imbalances.The intermediary effect test has found that the minimum wage standard mainly promote the growth of China’s logistics industry through three positive transmission channels:increasing investment in research and development,optimizing employment structure,and increasing consumer spending.
