摘　　要：随着企业管理者的互联网思维不断深入,再生资源回收产业也顺势进入了“互联网+”战略下转型升级的发展时期。我国传统的电子废弃物回收模式在管理机制、回收体系、配套政策及宣传力度等方面存在诸多问题,导致有一定规模的正规处理企业其产能严重不足。O2O模式引导传统企业互联网化,在此发展趋势下,传统回收处理企业在内部运营、市场推广与服务、资金结算等方面,越来越多地与互联网深度融合。实现基于网上评估、支付与物流、回收环节相结合的线上线下一体化,设计O2O模式下的电子废弃物回收平台及其运作流程,是互联网与传统企业融合的创新体现。该网络平台能达到提高回收效率和降低运作成本的目的,突破时间和空间的限制实现以消费者为中心,使回收主体职责分明实现线上线下双赢。With the development of enterprise manager’s internet thinking,renewable resources industry moves on next develop period,which means transformation and upgrading under the Internet Plus initiative angle.China’s waste electrical appliance model has such questions:management mechanism,recycling system,incentive policy,propaganda work,which make serious shortage about standardized processing of enterprise’s output.O2O model leads traditional enterprise to internet networking.In this development trend,traditional enterprise and internet have been further integrated in internal run,market promotion and service,fund settlement.It innovative reflectsinternet and traditional enterprise’s fusion that is OAO based on the combine online assessment,payment and logistics,recycling link and the design of waste electrical appliance’s platform and operational process.This internet platform will reduce the cost,breakthrough time and space’s limits,and achieve that enterprise focus on customers and the double-win by making it clear about recycling’s main body of responsibilities.
