摘　　要：通过对中国现有全部国家级森林公园调查统计,分析了我国国家级森林公园建设管理存在的问题;并基于“行政区经济”理论分析了问题产生的根源。提出了如下建议:一是参照国家公园体制管理国家级森林公园;二是优化国家级森林公园建设管理,将森林公园管理纳入科学、法治、制度化的轨道。Through the investigation and statistics of all national forest parks in China,the problems existing in the construction and management of national forest parks in China were analyzed,and the cause of the problem was analyzed based on the theory of′administrative region economy′.The following suggestions are put forward:first,manage national forest parks by reference to the national park system;secondly,improve the management and construction of national forest parks and make the forest park management into a scientific,legal and institutionalized way.
