摘 要:以正硅酸四乙酯和二乙烯三氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(N3-)为原料,通过溶胶凝胶法合成N3-SiO_(2),进而通过选择配位法合成Pd/N3-SiO_(2)催化剂,并采用配体修饰Pd/N3-SiO_(2)催化剂,研究配体修饰的Pd/N3-SiO_(2)催化剂乙炔气相选择加氢性能.采用UV-Vis、IR、BET对催化剂的结构进行表征.结果表明:配体加入可以提高催化剂乙炔选择加氢合成乙烯性能,其中采用正十二硫醇修饰的HSC12-Pd/N3-SiO_(2)催化剂乙炔转化率达99%,乙烯选择性达93%,表征结果表明硫醇与Pd作用可以提高其选择加氢生成乙烯性能.N3-SiO_(2) was prepared by tetraethylorthosilicate and diethylenetriaminopropyltrimetho-xysilane using sol-gel method,and then Pd/N3-SiO_(2) catalysts were synthesized by the selective coordination method. The ligand modified Pd/N3-SiO_(2) catalyst was used to study the gas-phase selective hydrogenation of acetylene modified by ligand modified Pd/N3-SiO_(2) catalyst. The structure of the catalysts were characterized with UV-Vis、IR and BET. The results show that the addition of ligands can improve the performance of the catalyst for selective hydrogenation of acetylene to ethylene. The n-dodecyl mercaptan modified HSC12-Pd/N3-SiO_(2) catalyst has 99 % acetylene coversion and 93 % ethylene selectivity. The characterization results show that the interaction of mercaptan and Pd can improve the performance of the catalyst for selective hydrogenation of acetylene to ethylene.
