“双循环”新格局下中国生产性服务业开放与中国制造业出口

摘　　要：在国际国内双循环新发展格局和深化改革开放战略指导下,借鉴Maria Bas对Meliz异质性企业理论的扩展模型,从微观企业出口概率和出口规模角度,实证检验中国生产性服务业的开放对制造业出口具有显著促进作用,减少限制生产性服务业的外资准入程度越高,效应越显著,金融、科技等现代生产性服务业开放对制造业企业出口具有更显著的正相关性;在双循环的发展格局下,要扩大生产性服务业的外资准入,尤其是减少股权投资方面的限制;重点开放金融等现代生产性服务业,改善营商环境。Given the new development pattern of international and domestic cycles and the strategy of deepening opening up,under this circumstance and from the perspective of export probability and export scale of micro enterprises,this paper,based on Maria Bas’s modified model on Meliz Heterogeneous Firm Theory,proves that the opening up of China’s producer services industry has a significant impact on promoting the export of manufacturing industry with empirical analysis.Other findings include:the more the restrictions on FDI’s access to producer services is reduced,the more significant the effect is;the opening up of modern producer services such as finance,science and technology has a more significant positive correlation with the export of manufacturing enterprises.Under the development pattern of dual cycle,we should expand the access to foreign capital in producer services,and especially reduce the restrictions on equity investment;we should put our focus on the opening up of modern producer services such as finance,and improve the business environment.
