摘 要:本文通过传统固相反应法制备了Ca_(0.7)Ti_(0.7)La_(0.3)Al_(0.3)O_(3)(CTLA)陶瓷,研究了不同烧结气氛对Ca_(0.7)Ti_(0.7)La_(0.3)Al_(0.3)O_(3)(CTLA)陶瓷的致密度、晶体结构、显微组织形貌和微波介电性能的影响。烧结气氛分别为:1)空气;2)N_(2)气氛下,氧分压:0.01 ppm;3)N_(2)气氛下,氧分压:200 ppm;4)体积分数N_(2)∶H_(2)=1∶1保护还原气氛烧结。结果表明:在烧结气氛为N_(2)∶H_(2)=1∶1保护还原气氛时,Q×f值最大;当烧结气氛为N_(2),氧分压:200 ppm时,介电常数最大。In this paper,Ca_(0.7)Ti_(0.7)La_(0.3)Al_(0.3)O_(3)(CTLA)ceramics were prepared by the traditional solid-phase reaction sintering method,and the influence of density,structure and microstructure of Ca_(0.7)Ti_(0.7)La_(0.3)Al_(0.3)O_(3)(CTLA)ceramics with different sintering atmospheres on microwave dielectric properties were studied.The sintering atmosphere is:1)air;2)N_(2)atmosphere,oxygen partial pressure:0.01 ppm;3)N_(2)∶H_(2)=1∶1 sintering in a protective reducing atmosphere;4)N_(2)atmosphere,oxygen Partial pressure:200 ppm,respectively.The results show that:when the sintering atmosphere is N_(2)∶H_(2)=1∶1 protective reducing atmosphere,the Q×f value is the largest;when the sintering atmosphere is N2 and the oxygen partial pressure is 200 ppm,the dielectric constant is the largest.
