摘  要:石墨烯是近年来的研究热点,在化学、能源与材料科学领域备受关注.文章设计了一个化学综合创新实验——氧化石墨烯修饰电极的制备及在电化学传感中的应用.实验内容包括氧化石墨烯的表征、氧化石墨烯修饰电极的制备与性能研究及其在电分析检测盐酸去氧肾上腺素中的应用.利用透射电子显微镜和原子力显微镜表征氧化石墨烯的形貌;利用紫外-可见吸收光谱和傅里叶变换红外光谱表征氧化石墨烯的表面官能团;通过滴涂法制备氧化石墨烯修饰电极,并利用循环伏安法和交流阻抗法对修饰电极进行表征;研究盐酸去氧肾上腺素在修饰电极上的电化学行为和修饰电极检测盐酸去氧肾上腺素的性能.通过本实验,可以加深学生对仪器分析中相关理论知识的理解和材料表征手段的了解与运用,提升学生对各种科研仪器的操作能力,并激发学生对科学研究的兴趣.Graphene and its derivatives become the hot research topic recently,and have aroused wider attention in chemical,energy,and material fields.Here,a comprehensive chemical experiment,the preparation of graphene oxide modified electrode and its application in the electrochemical sensing,is designed.The experimental content includes characterization of graphene oxide,the preparation of graphene oxide modified electrode and its application in electro-catalysis detection of phenylephrine hydrochloride.The morphology of graphene oxide is characterized by transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy.The surface functional groups of graphene oxide were characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectra and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The graphene oxide modified electrode is prepared by the dropping method,and the modified electrode is characterized via cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The electrochemical behavior of phenylephrine hydrochloride on the modified electrode is also studied.The purpose of this experiment is to deepen the understanding of the relevant theoretical knowledge in instrumental analysis and material characterization methods,improve students'ability to operate,integrate theory with practice,and stimulate students'interest in scientific research as well.
