摘  要:研究跨座式单轨交通车辆的修程和检修周期,以及单轨车辆基地设计中检修设施规模的计算方法。通过对重庆跨座式单轨交通线路运营的调研,总结既有单轨车辆基地设计经验,结合单轨车辆延长使用寿命要求,提出了单轨车辆应增加大修修程,同时明确了跨座式单轨交通车辆基地检修设施规模的具体计算方法以及计算公式中参数的建议取值;在此基础上,针对目前车辆检备率过高、检修设施规模偏大的不合理情况,制订出了更加合理的跨座式单轨车辆修程和检修周期指标。This paper studies the class of repairs and maintenance period of straddle-type monorail vehicles,as well as the calculation method of maintenance facility scale in the design of monorail vehicle base.Based on the investigation of Chongqing straddle-type monorail transit line operation,this paper summarizes the design experiences of the existing monorail vehicle base,proposes to increase the overhaul class of monorail vehicle,defines the specific calculation method of maintenance scale of straddle-type monorail vehicle base,and offers recommended values of parameters in the calculation formula according to the requirements to extend the service life of the monorail vehicle.On this basis,in view of the unreasonable situation of high vehicle maintenance rate and large scale of maintenance facilities,a more reasonable class of repairs and maintenance period index of straddle-type monorail vehicle are formulated.
