摘　　要：此文就肝全尾叶切除的技术要点做一评述。主要阐述了肝尾叶的解剖、尾叶切除的入路选择和技术要点以及精准肝切除在肝全尾叶切除中的应用。肝尾状叶位置深,解剖结构复杂,对解剖结构的熟悉是顺利完成肝全尾叶切除的基础。在切除入路的选择上主要有左右侧联合入路以及正中裂入路,腹腔镜下肝全尾叶切除的入路选择与开腹手术相同。应用精准肝切除理念和技术可最大限度减少手术给病人带来的创伤。Summarizing the technical points of caudate lobectomy,this review focused upon the anatomy of caudate lobe of liver,the selection of surgical approach and the application of precision hepatectomy during caudate lobectomy.Caudate lobe of liver is deep with complex anatomical structures.Familiarity with the relevant anatomical structures is vital for successful resection of caudate lobe of liver.The major surgical approaches include left/right combined and median fissure.The choice of laparoscopic total caudate lobectomy is the same as open surgery.The concept and technology of precision hepatectomy minimize surgical trauma.
